PSA O2
CoolAir offers its customer the advanced serial adsorption oxygen plants PSAO as well as adsorption plants custom-designed in accordance with individual technical assignments. The plant production capacity reaches 3,000 nm3/hr at the oxygen purity up to 96%.
If the customer is interested in oxygen production with cylinders filling CoolAir can offer adsorption oxygen plants for cylinders filling.

- Full automation, ease of maintenance
- High fail-safety and reliability
- Minimum operator control required during operation
- Quick system startup and shutdown
- High purity of product oxygen
- Small footprint and weight
- Low operating costs
CoolAir oxygen plants are produced on?the basis of?the well established pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and vacuum pressure swing adsorption (VPSA) technologies. The plant operating principle is?based on?the adsorbent materials capability of?selectively adsorbing nitrogen molecules and impurity gases contained in?atmospheric air while allowing oxygen molecules to?freely pass through. All adsorbents used in?oxygen generators undergo certification and inspection which guarantees operating reliability of?systems and high quality of?the product.
The adoption of?air separation adsorption oxygen plants allows multiply reducing the cost of?oxygen produced. The undoubted advantage of?these systems, apart from the economic benefit, is?their simple operation and maintenance combined with enhanced reliability.
The array of?applications of?oxygen plants is?extremely wide and includes such areas as?autogenous oxygen production (apart from automated metal cutting); oxygen generators are also helpful in?the silicate, pulp and paper, food and pharmaceutical industries, in?fish farming, sewage treatment and ozonation plants feeding, solid waste incineration and in?medicine.
CoolAir offers a?broad range of?air separation plants for oxygen production, from small-scale mobile systems designed for cutting and welding of?metals to?systems intended for arrangement of?a?self-contained production with standard oxygen cylinders filling under oxygen pressure of?150 atm.
